Zeste was born from a desire to give back the place to naturalness during the wine making process.
The Semillon grape, round, with citrus notes, is first harvested from 25 year old vines, then left to macerate for 4 weeks in its natural state.
Thus skins and juice will combine to create a true white wine of maceration. This wine is worked in small volumes with an annual production of 4000 bottles in order to bring a greater attention throughout the creation process.
